Opens Registration for admission in  Class - I   for the session  2026-27

  Registration from 01-04-2026 to 11-04-2026

Registration Form is available online on school’s website i.e. davrajhara.edu.in for admission in class - I 

Please read all the instructions given below very carefully before starting Registration Procedure 

i)   Registration Fee is non-refundable. ( If once paid, do not pay again )

ii)  Check the category very carefully before registration.

iii)     a) Under BSP category ( BSP, CISF )

         b) Under DAV category ( DAV employee of DAV Rajhara )

         c) Under NBSP category ( all other categories except above two mentioned )

01.     Availability of Registration Form  :-      

       Registration Procedure :

1. Type of Registration : Online Registration through school’s website davrajhara.edu.in
2. Click on Admission -> Admission Form for Class-I
3. Fill all the entries in the Admission form.
4. All entries must be same with date of birth certificate and any other Govt. issued certificates. All entries should be made same as the Date of Birth Certificate of the candidate i.e. Child’s name, Date of Birth of Child, Father’s name, Mother’s name, etc. Parents must ensure while submitting the registration form that all entries made there in are correct and in order.
5. After filling all the entries in the Admission form pay fee online through (Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking).
6. Before paying the Fee check all the entries very carefully because to rectify any error one has to fill New Admission Form again.
7. Registration Form is valid only after the successfully submission of registration fee

03.       Age Criteria :-             Child must be 5 years 6 months on or before 31st March 2026 but less than 7 years. (Date of Birth must be between 01-04-2019 to 30-09-2020)

Note to the Parents : 

• As on 31.03.2026, the child must be above  5 years 6 months and less than 7 years strictly without any deviation. 

• The children who have completed two or three years of Pre-Primary Education i.e. Nursery/LKG/UKG will given preference over those who have not studied earlier.

• Attendance in the counseling for parents and child is must as it is the only ‘Gateway’ for selection. Absence in counseling will be liable for rejection.

• Time schedule for process of Admission :-   

                 Submission of Online Admission Forms upto 11-04-2026.

                 Personal Counseling with child and parent : Dates : 28-04-2026 and 29-04-2026. Timing of counseling will be notified later. 

                 Recommended candidates to complete all admission formalitites/submission of relevant documents to be completed between 

                 01-05-2026 and 09-05-2026. 

 04.         Instruction for Parents:-

              01)  All entries should be made same as the Date of Birth Certificate of the candidate i.e. Child’s name, Date of Birth of Child, Father’s name, Mother’s                         name, etc. Parents must ensure while submitting the registration form that all entries made there in are correct and in order.   

              02). Following documents are to be Uploaded in site during Registration: (  in .jpg format ), After completion of registration submit the hard copy of                             registration form, registration fee receipt and documents in school office (Sr. Wing) on or before 16-04-2026. (On Working Days - Form                                           submission Time : 09.00 am to 01.00 pm)

        02)    Following original copy of the Certificates to be produced at the time of admission(if selected) for verification:-

                 a)   Birth Certificate of Child

                 b)   Caste Certificate (SC/ ST /OBC)

                 c)   One recent passport size photograph  

                 d)   OPD Book & I card of employee of Child ( For BSP & CISF)

                 e)   Latest Pay Slip & Quarter Allotment paper. (For BSP & CISF)

 Note :       

1.   Only submission of Application Form is not liable for admission in Class-I.
2.   25% seats are reserved under RTE rule
3.   Parents can contact  Mr. J Pramod on his mobile no. 9893700707 only during working days between 10.00 am and 11.00 am for one hour in a day else can contact school office between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm on working days.
